Online Digital Management Services
It has become very tough job to cover all the Administrative as well as academic activities with a so big Institution with 4600 students. The Headmaster and the Managing Committee of the Madrasah have decided to offer an online management system to perform all the activities smoothly. This online management system offers the following facilities to the students, guardians, teachers and the Government:
1. Digital attendance and messaging system through mobile apps by which the teacher can take the daily attendance of the students and send the message to the guardians directly. The record of the attendance will be kept the server. It is the cloud based management.
2. The students and the guardians will be able to pay their fees through mobile or Paytm. They can see the various records, attendance, academic performance, list of holidays, examination programme, result, fees, dues, notices, Govt. circulars and rules, rules of the Madrasah, academic calendar, list of staff, class-routine, examination system, important date, sports calendar, cultural calendar and many more with their mobile apps. They can also communicate with Madrasah Management through this service. They can apply for various duplicate copies through online to have them within a short time, i.e., duplicate marksheet, admit, registration certificate, certificate etc. They can apply for online admission and see the admission test result.
